White Balsamic and Dijon Mustard Sauce
3 tablespoons OLIVE & VINE Savory Oregano, Neapolitan Herb or Sicilian Lemon balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons minced shallots
sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk well to combine. Serve over grilled chicken, fish, pork and vegetables.
