Roasted Cabagge
1 large head of green cabbage
4-5 tablespoons OLIVE & VINE Rich Roasted Garlic olive oil (or other infused oils such as Tuscan Bouquet, Wild Rosemary or Meyer Lemon)
sea salt, to taste
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
red pepper flakes, optional
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Remove course outer leaves and cut the cabbage into one inch rounds.
Lightly coat a baking sheet with olive oil. Place the cabbage on the sheet and liberally drizzle olive oil over the top. Season with salt and pepper and red pepper flakes (if using) to taste.
Roast about 35 - 45 minutes or until the cabbage softens and the edges turn golden and begin to crisp. Drizzle with a little more olive oil and additional seasoning if desired. Serve immediately.
