Guacamole with Baklouti Chili Pepper
This is a classic guacamole but instead of jalapenos, we used our Baklouti Chili Pepper olive oil. All the heat and flavor without having to chop up those little peppers!
3 avocados, peeled, pitted and mashed
1 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup diced onion
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, minced
3 Roma tomatoes, diced
1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
1 teaspoon OLIVE & VINE Baklouti Chili Pepper olive oil
1 pinch cayenne red pepper
In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice and salt. Mix in the onion, cilantro, tomatoes, garlic and olive oil. Add more olive oil or cayenne pepper for a spicier version. Refrigerate for one hour to allow flavors to blend.
