Savory Homemade Croutons
4 cups day old French bread
1/2 cup OLIVE & VINE infused olive oil (Tuscan Bouquet, Rich Roasted Garlic, Savory Sage and Mushroom)
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Cut bread in to 1 inch cubes. Leave the crust on - it adds texture. In a large bowl, toss the bread cubes with the olive oil, salt and pepper. Place the cubes on a rimmed baking sheet on the middle rack of the oven. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring a few times, until evenly browned.
Toss with your favorite salad.
