Warm Cinnamon Pear Pork Chops
2 pounds pork chops
1/2 cup OLIVE & VINE extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup OLIVE & VINE Warm Cinnamon Pear balsamic vinegar
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Wisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt and pepper. Place pork chops and marinade in a large resealable plastic bag and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Grill chops until done, approximately 5 minutes per side.
