Spicy Pork Tenderloin
1 pound pork tenderloin
2 tablespoons OLIVE & VINE Smoky Chipotle Pepper or Tunisian Harissa infused olive oil
2 tablespoons OLIVE & VINE Jalapeño Piquant balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon chipotle chili powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon sea salt
Wisk together the olive oil, vinegar, seasonings and sea salt in a bowl. Place in a large resealable plastic bag with the pork tenderloin. Refrigerate for at least two hours. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until done.
