Sweet Berry Balsamic Grilled Pork Chops
8 pork rib chops
1/2 cup OLIVE & VINE Sweet Basil infused olive oil
1/4 cup OLIVE & VINE balsamic vinegar (Sweet Black Cherry, Summer Blueberry, Strawberry Blush, Ginger Kissed Blackberry or Raspberry Fusion)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
8 sprigs rosemary to garnish (optional)
Place chops in a resealable plastic bag. Combine the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl and pour over chops. Refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours.
Grill chops over medium high heat approximately 5 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached.
Garnish with fresh rosemary if desired.
