Paella is perhaps Spain’s most famous dish and rightly so! The ingredients vary from chef to chef, but it always starts with a sofrito of garlic and tomatoes, saffron-scented rice and a mix of fresh vegetables and meat or seafood. In this class, you will learn how to blend traditional Spanish flavors and ingredients to create this festive, world-famous dish.
About Our Classes
Our classes typically run for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. You must be 18 years or older to attend. Hands-on classes are limited to ten participants and you will work in teams of 2-4, depending on the menu. Please wear closed-toed shoes and dress comfortably, as you will be standing for most of the class.
Menus are subject to change based on availability of seasonal ingredients. Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided and you are welcome to bring your own beer or wine. Glasses and openers will be provided.
Attendees will receive a 15% discount on in-store purchases the day of the class.
