There's more to balsamic vinegar than just drizzling over salads! In this class, we'll learn how to make delicious vinaigrettes and glazes, as well as how to use balsamics in easy, but show-stopping desserts.
About Our Classes
Our classes typically run for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. You must be 18 years or older to attend. Hands-on classes are limited to ten participants and you will work in teams of 2-4, depending on the menu. Please wear closed-toed shoes and dress comfortably, as you will be standing for most of the class.
Menus are subject to change based on availability of seasonal ingredients. Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided and you are welcome to bring your own beer or wine. Glasses and openers will be provided.
Attendees will receive a 15% discount on in-store purchases the day of the class.
