We are excited to host Chef Charlie Watkins this Saturday for a night of wine tastings and cooking demonstrations. The evening will kick off at Hemline (across the street from our shop) at 6:30 pm with wine and a look at current fashions.
The party will then move to OLIVE & VINE where Chef Watkins will provide tips on pairing food and wine, the secret to making delicious vinaigrettes, and how to prepare a lemon caper pork tenderloin.
Meet the Chef
Chef Watkins was formerly the owner and Executive Chef of Sierra Grill, a Montrose hot spot in the ‘90s. He has travelled extensively around the world making guest chef appearances and teaching classes, including at the James Beard Foundation. His extensive knowledge, experience and talent will make for a fun, educational evening.
The ticket price includes wine and samples of the food Chef prepares.
