The thought of making homemade pasta can be intimidating, but it’s actually easier than you think. And so worth the effort! This class will teach you how to make the perfect pasta dough, along with flavorful fillings and sauces to create delicious homemade ravioli.
About Our Classes
Our classes typically run for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. You must be 18 years or older to attend. Hands-on classes are limited to ten participants and you will work in teams of 2-4, depending on the menu. Please wear closed-toed shoes and dress comfortably, as you will be standing for most of the class.
Menus are subject to change based on availability of seasonal ingredients. Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided and you are welcome to bring your own beer or wine. Glasses and openers will be provided.
Attendees will receive a 15% discount on in-store purchases the day of the class.
